Delivery
We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your item upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please refuse the delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Your parcel is insured against such damages by the courier service. The responsibility for this process rests with you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item , you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not a custom-made, personalised, or a sale item.
- You have contacted us at enquiries@dariadeco.co.uk to request a return and received a confirmation email with an RMA number and return instructions.
To return your item, please pack it securely and include a note with your name, order number and the RMA number which you will have received from us via email. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service and keeping the proof of postage when returning eligible items.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition, or if it is returned after the 14-day period.
